Carpool your daily commute to your office, factory or commuter school with the Carpool Genius App. Enrollment by your employer, school or landlord (called an “ENTITY”) is required to be able to use this app.

 

Once your ENTITY enrolls, you will be given an ENTITY CODE that will allow you to register with the app. Once you have enter you entity code you will fill out your profile and selecting your commuter preference; driver, shared driver or passenger. If you elect either driver options, you will need to scan your driver’s license and insurance information into the app.

 

Next, you will be able to look for, or create a carpool using the interactive Carpool Genius map that shows existing carpools and those looking to join a carpool to your same daily commute location that reside in your area.

 

Requests to join or form a carpool are handled within the app including responses to these requests. Once formed, a detailed commuter map is displayed with all carpool team members listed, including phone number and email. Daily commute start times are shown, and notifications to all carpool team members are sent once the driver begins the carpool route.

 

Carpool statistics are kept on the entity admin panel for each carpooler allowing possible incentives offered by your entity to participate in carpooling.
